What We Collect

When you submit our contact or quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, the service you're requesting, an optional description of your pile or lot, and any message you write. We do not ask for or collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal data through our forms.

How We Use It

We use this information solely to respond to your request, provide a quote, and schedule debris removal service. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Third-Party Processing

We use SendGrid (a Twilio company) as our email delivery processor to send your form submission to us and to send you a confirmation email. SendGrid processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy and security practices. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third party.

Data Retention

We retain form submissions as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which they may be deleted.

Your Rights / Requesting Deletion

You can request that we delete the information you submitted by calling (561) 876-3114 or emailing hello@grappleservice.com. We will honor reasonable deletion requests promptly.
